This is an innovative Paste and Liquid Filling Capping Machine – a versatile solution for small bottle products requiring layered filling. Equipped with dual filling systems, one for paste and another for liquids, this machine caters to a variety of packaging needs. The unscrambler at the machine’s front end efficiently organizes bottles onto the conveyor belt, leading to a star wheel turntable that combines filling, cap dropping, and capping stations. The filling station performs a two-stage filling process, first with a piston pump for paste, followed by a peristaltic pump for liquids. Caps are delivered via a vibratory bowl feeder, securing onto the bottle as it passes, and finally, the servo-motor-driven lifting capping head ensures a perfect seal, with the finished product exiting on the conveyor belt.
