The Rotary Capping Machine is a high-speed, high-precision solution for capping a wide variety of bottles. This machine features an elevator that lifts caps to a bowl feeder, a guide rail that delivers the caps to an auger separator for bottle separation, and three star wheels for precise cap placement and capping.

The first star wheel aligns the caps with the bottles, while the second star wheel features an 8-head rotary capping turret with three-jaw grippers. These grippers securely grasp the caps and apply them to the bottles with precise torque control. The third star wheel performs a capping inspection, rejecting any bottles with improperly capped lids.
